Exchange size or colour

Wrong size? Send the sleeves back and we ship the new size to you. You pay the return postage.

  2. Send the sleeves to the return address below (you pay the return postage).
  3. As soon as they arrive, we ship your new size.

Full refund

Within 30 days of delivery. Send the sleeves back and you get the full amount refunded once they arrive.

  1. Tell us your order number and that you want a refund.
  2. Send the sleeves to the return address below (return postage per our terms).
  3. We refund the full amount within 14 days of receiving them.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal always applies.

Post the parcel at any bpost point. You don't need a barcode from us: pay the postage at the counter and keep the receipt as proof.

Questions about returns

Do I need a label?

Not yet. Write the return address on the parcel and keep your proof of posting. A print-at-home label is coming.

How long does a refund take?

We approve the refund as soon as your parcel is in. Your bank or payment provider then takes 2 to 5 working days.

Can I return a Mystery Gift or program?

Digital products are delivered by email straight away and cannot be returned. Your KneeMax sleeves can.
