NO GUESSWORK
SIX WEEKS. ONE LOGICAL PROGRESSION.
RETURN TO YOUR SPORT
The Return-to-Run Guide starts with seven green-light tests and builds from short walk-run intervals to 30 minutes of continuous running.
+10% The guide uses the 10% longest-run rule, not a generic weekly mileage rule.
PROGRESS YOU CAN SEE
Seven tabs bring your baseline tests, daily load, pain response, weekly decision and running build-up together.
BUILT ON RESEARCH
The system turns current science into simple rules you can use in real life.
Hip plus knee strengthening is the top recommendation of the international patellofemoral pain consensus.
Collins et al., BJSM 2018 · Nascimento et al., JOSPT 2018Across 5,205 runners, one run more than 10% longer than the longest run in the previous 30 days raised overuse injury risk by 52 to 128%.
Frandsen et al., BJSM 2025Pain up to 5 out of 10 during rehab can be acceptable if it has settled by the next morning.
Silbernagel et al., AJSM 2007
BUILT BY HUMAN DYNAMIX
Human Dynamix turns clinical experience and movement science into clear programs you can follow at home. Sam Sankarey brings more than ten years of physiotherapy, five years of movement-science study and his own experience as a marathon and ultra runner to the method.
“Do not just push through pain. Do not rest forever. Understand, rebuild and keep moving.”
WHERE KNEEMAX FITS
KneeMax can provide compression, warmth and a supported feeling during the program, after training, on long walks or on flare-up days. It does not replace exercise, diagnosis or medical treatment.
